The Breville BR6 breadmaker gives you a choice of 12 bread programs including jam, cake and pasta dough settings , 3 crust settings, 15 hour preset timer, and rapid bake setting. There is an automatic fruit and nut dispenser with beeper and the keep warm function prevents the bread from getting soggy by keeping the baked bread warm for up to an hour after baking.
