Getting started
- Choose the reservoir position before the first brew and follow the supplied tank-position instructions if moving it.
- Rinse and fill the reservoir to MAX, seat it securely, and run an 8-ounce cleansing brew without a pod.
- Insert a K-Cup, choose the cup size and optional STRONG setting, then press BREW. Use the guide’s OVER ICE instructions for an iced drink.
Cleaning and maintenance
Keep the reservoir and pod-holder assembly clean. Use the K-Supreme descaling mode and complete the fresh-water rinses rather than treating the reminder as an ordinary brew.
Common questions
Is this the K-Supreme SMART manual?
No. This guide covers the standard K-Supreme with its physical size and brew buttons.
Do I wait for it to heat before selecting a size?
Smart Start combines heating and brewing. Choose the size and press BREW as described; heating happens before dispensing.
Can I use distilled water?
Keurig’s guide says not to use distilled water. Follow its water and filter recommendations.
