Common questions
Does this guide cover EOS R50 V?
No. Confirm the camera says EOS R50. The R50 V has its own support and controls.
Which memory cards can I use?
The guide lists SD, SDHC, and SDXC cards with UHS-I support. Movie settings can require a card with a higher sustained writing speed.
Why do my menu options differ from the guide?
Check the firmware version and shooting mode. This edition is written for firmware 1.5.0 or later, and some settings depend on the active mode.
