Dyson V15 Detect Manual

The V15 Detect guide explains its particle display, Eco, Auto and Boost modes, click-in battery, bin emptying, and cleaner-head care. Check the accessory illustrations because supplied heads differ between packages.

Official manufacturer manual

This is the US SV22 V15 Detect dry-vacuum guide. V15s Detect Submarine wet-cleaning equipment has separate instructions. The manufacturer PDF is approximately 62 MB.

Getting started

  1. Attach the correct head for your floor and fully charge the battery before cleaning.
  2. Choose Eco for longer cleans, Auto with a compatible powered tool, or Boost for intensive spot cleaning.
  3. Use the LCD display to check remaining run time and maintenance alerts. Empty the bin when dust reaches MAX.

Cleaning and maintenance

Use the guide’s filter-washing procedure and dry the filter completely for at least 24 hours. Only the designated Fluffy Optic brush bar is washable; follow the separate steps for other heads.
