Getting started
- Wash the removable parts and prepare the water filter and tank using the installation instructions.
- Switch on and complete the touchscreen first-use setup. The machine confirms when it is ready.
- Select a drink, set the grind with the side dial, and prepare and tamp the basket before brewing and texturing milk.
Cleaning and maintenance
Keep the touchscreen dry and clean. Follow its cleaning and descaling prompts and clean the steam wand after milk use. The water filter also has a replacement schedule.
Common questions
Can I change grind size on the touchscreen?
The screen shows the setting, but the guide says to change grind size with the dial on the side of the machine.
Why is espresso sour or watery?
Check the extraction chart for grind, dose, and tamp adjustments. Change one preparation variable and compare the next shot.
