Getting started
- Place the charging dock against a wall with the clearances shown and charge the robot.
- Add the robot in the app on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and follow its connection prompts.
- Clear floor clutter before cleaning. Fit the water tank and dampened mop cloth only when mopping a suitable hard floor.
Cleaning and maintenance
Remove tangled debris from the brushes. Clean the mop cloth after use and let the washed filter and dustbin dry thoroughly before reinstalling.
Common questions
Can I mop a carpet?
No. The Q5 Pro guide says not to use the mopping module on carpets. Remove it for carpet cleaning.
Will it connect to a 5 GHz-only network?
No. This guide specifies 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi for the robot’s connection.
What should I check if it cannot charge?
Confirm dock power and inspect the charging contacts. Follow the manual’s charging checks and keep the contacts dry.
