Getting started

  1. Place the base as shown and charge the robot before its first run.
  2. Connect through SharkClean using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Follow the app’s setup and mapping instructions.
  3. Clear loose items from the floor and use the correct bin and pad configuration for vacuuming or mopping.

Cleaning and maintenance

Clean the filters and brushroll according to the guide. After washing the vacuum-and-mop bin, allow it to air-dry for 24 hours before use.

Common questions

Why will SharkClean not connect?

The guide requires a 2.4 GHz network and says not to use a VPN or proxy during setup. Check the network settings before retrying.

How do I keep the robot out of an area?

Set a no-go zone in the map and observe a run to confirm the boundary works as intended.

Can I put the mop bin in a dishwasher?

No. The guide prohibits dishwasher cleaning of the vacuum-and-mop bin and requires it to dry completely before storage or reuse.
