Getting started
- Install the dock on a hard, level surface with the specified space around it.
- Prepare the water tanks and mop assemblies following the diagrams, then charge the robot.
- Add the device in Roborock’s app using 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and follow the mapping and cleaning prompts.
Cleaning and maintenance
Use only the cleaning solution Roborock recommends. After washing the dustbin and washable filter, allow at least 24 hours for them to dry before refitting.
Common questions
Why is the extended mop not moving out?
Check that FlexiArm Design Extended Mopping is enabled. The guide says extension occurs along walls and certain obstacles.
Why is hot-water mop washing unavailable?
Check that Mop Washing with Hot Water is enabled in the app, then use the guide’s dock troubleshooting.
Can I put disinfectant in the tank?
The guide advises against disinfectant and specifies manufacturer-recommended cleaning solution to avoid damage.
