Getting started
- After unboxing, keep the unit upright on the counter for at least two hours before operating.
- Wash and dry the removable parts, assemble the vessel and auger, and add a suitable liquid within the fill limits.
- Select the preset for the drink, allow it to reach the desired texture, and dispense into a cup.
Cleaning and maintenance
Use the guide’s rinse and disassembly instructions after use. Wipe the base rather than immersing it in water.
Common questions
Can I add ice cubes?
No. This machine processes liquids and is not intended for loose frozen fruit, ice cubes, or a solid block of ice.
Why is the drink not becoming slushy?
The guide requires at least 4% sugar. Too little sugar or too much alcohol prevents the expected texture; check the recipe limits before adjusting the preset.
Can I use a sugar-free drink alone?
Check the required-sugar instructions first. A sugar-free liquid alone does not meet the guide’s stated sugar requirement.
