Getting started
- Wash and dry the removable parts, then secure the paddle in the outer bowl lid.
- Prepare a compatible recipe below the fill line. Freeze the pint level for at least 24 hours when the recipe requires freezing.
- Place the pint in the outer bowl, lock the lid and bowl into position, and choose the program for your recipe.
Cleaning and maintenance
Separate the paddle, lid, and bowl for cleaning. Rinse and dry the paddle between consecutive batches.
Common questions
Why is the result crumbly?
A very cold base can need RE-SPIN after its first processing cycle. Follow the guide’s texture troubleshooting before adding ingredients.
Why is INSTALL illuminated?
Check the bowl, lid, and paddle assembly against the diagram. Unplug the machine before inspecting or changing the paddle.
Can I process a block of plain ice?
Use a supported CREAMi recipe. The machine is not intended to crush loose ice or process a solid block of ice.
