Getting started
- Clean the removable parts and assemble the paddle and outer bowl lid.
- Freeze a suitable base level for at least 24 hours when required, staying below the indicated fill line.
- Choose FULL, TOP, or BOTTOM as appropriate for the amount being processed, then select the recipe’s program.
Cleaning and maintenance
Remove the paddle before washing the outer bowl lid. Separate the containers, lids, and paddle before using the top rack of a dishwasher.
Common questions
Which portion setting should I use?
FULL processes the entire base; TOP processes the upper half; BOTTOM processes the remaining lower half. Use the guide’s portion instructions.
Can I process an uneven frozen pint?
Do not process a pint frozen at an angle or an unevenly refrozen surface. Keep the surface level before freezing.
Why is the bowl not recognized?
Check that the lid and paddle are installed correctly and the bowl is locked into the machine.
