Ninja CREAMi Scoop & Swirl NC701 Manual
Ninja also calls the NC701 Swirl by CREAMi. This guide covers both scoopable treats and soft-serve dispensing, including the Swirl pint, nozzle, dispense lid, and processing modes.
Official manufacturer manual
The NC700 series Swirl owner’s guide explicitly covers NC701. This is a soft-serve machine; check the NC701 label when choosing a guide.

Getting started
- Clean the Swirl pint, paddle, and lids and assemble them as shown.
- Freeze the prepared base level for at least 24 hours when the recipe calls for freezing.
- Choose Scoop or Soft Serve and the matching recipe program. For dispensing, fit the dispense lid and pint as directed.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the dispensing components as well as the processing parts. Dry the paddle between batches to prevent frozen moisture from sticking it to the machine.
Common questions
How do Scoop and Soft Serve differ?
The modes process the base for different textures. Choose Soft Serve for a recipe intended to be dispensed.
Why will the treat not dispense?
Check the pint assembly and base opening. Mix-ins can clog the nozzle; the guide advises rinsing the nozzle and scooping out the treat in that situation.
Can I use an ordinary CREAMi pint?
Use the Swirl components shown in this guide. The nozzle and dispensing assembly are part of the NC701 system.
